Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (India): Delivery in 7-10 days with a tracking number.
2. International Shipping: Delivery in 4 to 6 working days by DHL Express, free on orders over CAD 300 (about USD 220 or EUR 190), CAD 39 below that. Duties and taxes are payable on delivery. Tracking provided.
3. Import Taxes and Fees: For international shipments, the recipient may incur additional charges such as import taxes, customs duties, or fees. These are payable upon arrival and are not controlled by us.
4. Lost/Stolen Products: We are not responsible for products lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
5. Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
6. Returns and Exchanges: Items can be returned or exchanged under specific conditions, detailed in our Return Policy.
