OPTI PLAZA INDIA Refund and Exchange Policy**

**Your Satisfaction, Our Priority**: At OPTI PLAZA INDIA, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes, an item may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer the option to exchange your online purchase within 7 days of its receipt for store credit, which can be used indefinitely for future purchases. The 7-day period is calculated from the date you receive the item to the date it is ready for return dispatch.

**Final Sale and No Refund Policy**: We uphold a final sale policy. Please note, all purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds.

**Exchange and Store Credit Process**:
1. To initiate an exchange, please return the product with a request for store credit.
2. You can utilize the store credit for your next purchase. If your new selection exceeds the credit value, you'll simply pay the difference. Any remaining credit can be used for future purchases at OPTI PLAZA INDIA.
3. We suggest utilizing our complimentary frame tune-up service available at our stores. Minor adjustments by our expert technicians can significantly enhance the fit and comfort of your eyewear.

**Quality Check and Preconditions for Return**:
- **Contact Lenses**: Must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Opened or tampered boxes are not eligible for return.
- **Sunglasses & Frames**:
   i. Must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
   ii. A valid proof of purchase (physical or electronic invoice) must accompany the return.
   iii. All accompanying items (tags, warranty certificates, product catalogues, usage & care instructions, dust bags, etc.) must be returned in their original condition.
