Shipping and customs

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Every parcel is insured and tracked, and the tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the order leaves us. Delivery takes 4 to 6 working days. Shipping is free above the threshold set for your market, and below that the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes

Duties and import taxes are charged by the country the parcel is going to, not by us. DHL clears the parcel for you and collects the amount on delivery, together with its own clearance fee. The rate depends on the country, so the same frame can land at a different total in two places.

For the countries we sell into most, we publish a worked example in the local language, with the price of the frame, the duty, the tax and the clearance fee written out line by line, so you know the figure at the door before you order.
