Every order ships fully insured, in the original brand packaging, after inspection by our opticians. We dispatch with tracking on every parcel.

Delivery in 7 to 10 days, free tracking included. Metro addresses typically arrive sooner.

Worldwide

We ship internationally with insured express carriers, delivering in 4 to 6 working days by DHL Express, free on orders over CAD 300 (about USD 220 or EUR 190), with duties and taxes payable on delivery. Every parcel is trackable door to door.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes levied by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you what to expect for your destination.

Packaging

Your frame arrives with its original case, cleaning cloth, brand papers and warranty documentation, protected for transit. Maybach and other concierge purchases include personal delivery arrangements agreed with you directly.
